The Strata Hotel, a 77-room hotel also has commercial units for rent. <div class="WordSection1"> Position Summary Strata Hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional to lead our sales efforts and drive new business. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, relationship-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process in an independent hotel environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Sales will work closely with the Director of Operations and the hotel team to develop new business, strengthen existing relationships, and maximize room, group, meeting, and event revenue. font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, group sales, event management, or a related hospitality role.</li> <li style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven ability to generate new business and develop lasting client relationships.</li> <li style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with corporate, group, sports, association, wedding, or social event business is an asset.</li> <li style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
